Understand the role, limits and choices before you begin.
Formal consent is completed during the relevant programme or consultation flow. This page explains the core principles that apply to HNW coaching.
What you are choosing
You are choosing an educational and coaching relationship focused on nutrition, lifestyle, behaviour, self-observation and continuity support. You may be invited to share health history, reports, goals and progress so guidance can be better contextualised.
What coaching does not do
Coaching does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, provide emergency services or independently direct medication changes. Medical concerns and medication decisions must be taken to an appropriately qualified treating clinician.
Possible benefits and limitations
Coaching may improve understanding, consistency, self-management and communication with healthcare professionals. Individual responses vary, discomfort can arise while changing habits, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Information and permission
You decide what to share. Information needed for the agreed service may be visible to authorised HNW personnel and your assigned coach. Public use of a testimonial, image or case story requires a separate permission process.
Voluntary participation
You may ask questions, decline an optional activity or withdraw from coaching. Programme-specific cancellation, data-retention and refund terms may continue to apply. For consent questions, write to suresh@vunnamatla.com.
