These terms apply to the HNW coach directory and digital coaching experience. Programme-specific fees, inclusions and written terms shown at enrolment also apply.
Nature of the service
HNW provides lifestyle, nutrition and wellbeing education, structured coaching and continuity support. It does not provide emergency care and does not replace diagnosis, prescription, medical treatment or the relationship with your treating clinician.
Independent coaches
HNW coaches are independent practitioners operating within HNW’s platform standards. Profile qualifications, areas of experience, availability and coach-submitted professional material are presented to help visitors make an informed choice; they are not a guarantee of a particular result.
Your responsibility
- Provide accurate information and update material changes.
- Seek appropriate medical care for urgent, severe or concerning symptoms.
- Do not stop or change medication without the prescribing or treating clinician.
- Use platform content lawfully and respectfully.
Results and third-party links
Health outcomes vary by person and no result is guaranteed. External websites, video platforms and communication services have their own terms and privacy practices.
